ABOUT

Native to Bermuda, Julia Kawaley (KAY-wah-lee)-Quinn is a passionate Artistic Entrepreneur based between London, UK., & L.A.
Julia is an avid believer that Storytelling, when used with purpose, is an integral part of the positive advancement of our human existence, in order to save the world, we first have to imagine a new way of doing things, and what better way to explore that than in storytelling?
She is committed to creating and contributing to narratives written with rich human complexity, nuance, humour and dignity, and bursting with incredible, unique voices that represent a multitude of perspectives of the world we live in together. She looks forward to contributing to this work both on screen and behind it.
Julia wrote, directed, produced and acted in her first play at 8 years old, on the importance of protecting the earth for her primary school. She then wrote, directed and acted in her first (official) one-woman show about family, loss, and the afterlife for the Bermuda Premier's Concert at 15 years old, and her second at 18 on expectation, failure, and fugue states.
In her graduating year at Rose Bruford College, she secured the lead in Mischief Theatre's West End hit 'The Comedy About A Bank Robbery'.
Julia can be seen on Netflix and Amazon shows such as One Day, The Rings of Power, The Witcher, My Lady Jane and more...
